How do I open video and chat?

Select a room card to open its player page directly, or select Quick view on a room, then Try video and chat when it is shown. This opens the video and chat page on Royal Web. Select Start preview to open the official player. Opening the room page does not start it.

Use Stop preview to close the player. Use Back to rooms to return to the directory. Leaving the page, switching to another tab or opening account access stops the preview. When you return, select Start preview again.

If Try video and chat is missing, we do not have current room information and an official player link for this preview. You can still use Open full room on Chaturbate in Quick view to check the room on the full site.

What if video or chat does not work?

Select Open full room on Chaturbate to try the full site. This opens the same named room on live.royalweblive.com. The room may have changed since its last check, or your browser may block part of the player. Availability not verified means that a bounded check could not confirm the room; it does not establish that the broadcaster is offline.

Try again appears only when room availability is not verified. Select it to request another check; it stays disabled while a check is running. A successful check confirms current room information, not video playback.

A loaded player frame does not confirm that video is playing or chat is working. The room page cannot confirm whether you are signed in inside the player. Chaturbate decides whether the room and its features are available to you.

Why are there no search results?

Search checks room names in the current selection. If no matches remain after loading and category, spoken-language or Favorites only filters are active, Search without filters keeps your typed name while clearing those three filters and searching all loaded categories. It uses the same bounded catalog of up to 500 rooms per category; it does not search every broadcaster on Chaturbate.

If the wider selection still has no match, check the name or use a saved room link. A missing result does not prove that the room is offline. Reset filters also clears the typed search.

Where do I log in?

Log in and Create account open the official account pages on live.royalweblive.com. Chaturbate manages those accounts. The directory does not collect your password and does not have a separate member account.

A browser may open account access in another window or tab. Complete the step there and return. If no window opens, choose Open in this tab. Use your browser Back button to return to Royal Web; choose Start preview again to resume the room. The directory and room page do not import your account, sign-in session or Following list from the full site. They cannot confirm that sign-in on the other site succeeded. The room page shows a reminder to select Start preview. Returning focus or dismissing the account notice does not restart the player.

How do I buy tokens?

On a room page, select Buy tokens beside Start preview. This opens the official purchase page on chaturbate.com. If the new window does not open, select Open in this tab. Chaturbate handles your account, payment details and token purchase.

The preview stops when you open the purchase page. Close the separate window, or use your browser Back button if you opened it in the same tab. Select Start preview again when you return to check availability and start the player. Returning focus or dismissing the purchase notice does not restart the player. Royal Web does not confirm purchases or read your token balance.

Why is an image missing?

Open More options in the directory and check that Show room photos is enabled. An image can also fail to load or become unavailable. Royal Web keeps an existing image while a replacement loads, but removes it when the room’s verified availability expires.

Images further down the page are loaded as needed. Directory and Quick view images are snapshots, not live video. Show room photos controls these images; Start preview opens the official player.

Why did the list or a saved room change?

Room availability and viewer counts change during broadcasts. Filters operate on the current selection. Saved rooms keeps the usernames you chose, even when their current availability cannot be verified.

If an update fails temporarily, the last verified rooms may remain briefly, without extending their original expiry. Once that information expires, the page removes it until a new check succeeds.

Are Saved and Following the same?

No. Saved on this device keeps usernames in this browser. The directory and room page use the same saved list. Use the Saved on this device link on a room page to open that collection directly. Following on Chaturbate opens the rooms you follow with your Chaturbate account on the full Royal Web site.

Saving or removing a room here does not change Following. Saved rooms do not sync with your account or another device. Clearing browser storage can remove them. If saving fails, the page shows a message; check the saved list before leaving.

Language and privacy

The directory interface is available in 14 languages. The guides are also available in all 14 languages. Use the language menu to read the same guide in another language. Usernames and broadcaster-provided content are not translated.

Favorites are stored on your device. Optional Google Analytics starts only after you allow it, subject to your browser’s privacy settings. You can change that choice through Analytics choices in the footer. See Measurement and privacy for details of the site’s separate measurement systems.

For account support, use Chaturbate account security. Royal Web is for adults aged 18 and over.
